At Studs, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned in their original heat-sealed pouch to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your unworn items back into their original Studs packaging and securely seal them in a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
